Balanced equation:

3HCl + Al(OH)3 --> 3H2O + AlCl3

[tex]0.745 g Al(OH)3 * \frac{1 mol Al(OH)3}{78.01 g Al(OH)3} * \frac{3 mol HCl}{1 mol Al(OH)3} * \frac{1}{0.03518 L HCl}[/tex] = 0.814 M HCl

i just took the quiz and used the other person's answer, and it was incorrect. this is coming from the feedback provided by my professor, which shows the steps to the correct answer :)
