Remember that a function rule is a formula that you plug an input value into to get your output value
(for example, if you had the correct function rule, you should be able to plug -2 into it and get -4 as a result)
The way we can find said function rule is by finding the right one for the rows that give us both the input and output value (so -2,-4 and 1,-1)
Well, in both of those we can simply subtract 2 from the input value to get the output value. So your function rule is y = x - 2
Note that y = output value, and x = input value.
Using this, you can find your values easily...
