Can someone help me correct this in a proper English, please thank you , I appreciate it .

This is the reason why Softball at Miami High is not a competitive sport because the “coaches” don’t do it because they love the game they do it for obligation , they should’ve started practicing at least two or three months ago so by the time softball season is here the girls at least have idea of what type of team they have or even to get better in that period of time and I DO NOT blame the players at all I BLAME WALDO RODRIGUEZ for that and his “coaching staff” because if you would’ve done that a long time ago I promise you another girls would have been interested in being part of the Miami senior high softball and that’s how you start building a PROGRAM from there, not just “hope” to get players for next year because everything is a process but guess what he doesn’t care about that or even get the girls and it’s so sad.

The reason why Softball at Miami High is not a competitive sport is because the “coaches” don’t do their job out of love for the game, but out of obligation. They should have started practicing at least two or three months ago, so that by the time softball season is here the girls at least have some idea of what type of team they have or they even might get better in that period of time. I should clarify that I absolutely do not blame the players at all, I blame Waldo Rodriguez and his “coaching staff". I can promise you that other girls would have been interested in being part of the Miami senior high softball team if you would have started preparations early enough. And that’s how you start building a program, not just “hope" to get players for next year, because everything is a process. I really find it sad that not more was done.

** i understand that this is an angry rant, but all caps are simply making the author look stupid and entirely unprofessional. I don't know how much attacking the coach will help this situation, but I'm sure there is a more effective way to push for a better management of the softball team... best of luck in your efforts!
