We all have something in our body called stress, stress is "pressure or tension exerted on a material object" we all get this or have gotten this at least once but, there is a way to help it go away called the relaxation response. It's the opposite of stress and is a feeling of well-being and calm. You can activate the relaxation response simply by relaxing.  you should make time into your schedule for activities you enjoy doing a good one I know is play with your pet or if you don't have a pet you could do a hobby, for example, make art or music, spend time with family people, or go outside for a walk. Treat your body well. Get regular exercise and eat well to help your body function at its best. When you're stressed out, it's easy to eat on the run or eat junk food. But under stressful conditions, you need good nutrition more than ever. That's what I know about stress and how to deal with it.
