You should do a good warm up before any workout so you could have a less chance of pulling a muscle or being super sore the next day. You could play a quick game of something that’s not to rough. You could also just do leg stretches and arm stretches, I normally before working out I’ll do something that stretches my body something not hard but pretty basic, hope that helps
