1. Sleep deprivation can effect many people, it happens when one hasn't slept enough to gain rest within the time period. There are at least three stages of sleep deprivation. the first stage being when you've barley started to fall behind on sleep schedule and you feel, moody, irritable or have a lack of restraint. as it gets a little more serious stage 2 can mean slowed speech, and flattened emotional responses, which basically means you're not processing or exhibiting thought and words at the same rate as before with a full rest. Stage 3 essentially means you're going to need some extra help concentrating as you will experience hallucinations or micro sleeps.

2. Firstly, a sleep disorder can affect the ability to sleep properly including the quality of your sleep. the 4 major sleeping disorders are known as, insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and parasomnia. Insomnia is extended bouts of sleepiness or trouble getting a good nights sleep. symptoms may include, difficulty sleeping, and or staying asleep. Sleep apnea, where breathing can usually start and stop, symptoms include snoring loudly, and feeling tired after a full nights sleep. Narcolepsy causes daytime drowsiness, symptoms include fatigue, and loss of muscle control. last but not least is parasomnia, which are triggered by some other disorders, symtoms include not remembering doing certain activities, unfamiliar cuts and not knowing who you are and where you are when waking up.
