I would first blot the injuries with a wet towel/napkin, and then repeat until most of the blood is gone. Then, wrap in bandages. A second degree burn is a kind of burn that affects the top layers of the skin, you can scar and get blisters, so I'd use cold water because hot water would make you blister more.
