I would say no they don't requrie the same steps because you could be going to diffrent areas. For example you could go somewhere really cold and take pictures of the snow or you could go somwhere really warm and tropical and take pictures. I which case the pictures will turn out diffrently because they are in diffrent enviroments. As for the step parts I am not sure it kind of deppends on what you have learned so far.
