i've never read beowulf, but based on these lines, i would say conflict is the most relevant. it seems as though the speaker is asserting his hardships above that of another's life trials, showing a difference in opinion which is a conflict in itself. it's not a resolution because there isn't anything "resolved" here--the speaker is actually introducing new information to someone. the same can be said for the falling action; it doesn't seem to be winding down, the speaker seems to be igniting something. i wasn't familiar with the term "kenning" but a dictionary definition said it's a metaphorical word/phrase, and i don't see an emphasis on that here. based on all of that: conflict is the answer i would choose.
