Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it is .03 .

I had this question online for an assignment and here's what I thought about, standard notation is just the number before the decimal was moved, so the little number in the corner is how many places the decimal was moved, and If it is negative, the decimal is being moved to the right, like this  .03 but if it is a positive number it would be 300.0 This is just how I learned it, and also some of those questions on this paper have a quizziz that has the same questions and answers. Sorry if this didn't help, but the quizziz that helped me is made by Larsen Tedder and is called Real Number System Review.
