Loss of function mutation in P53 often leads to mutation in other genes BECAUSE, MUTATIONS THAT INACTIVATE P53 ALLOW DAMAGED CELLS TO CONTINUE THROUGH THE CELL CYCLE WITHOUT REPAIRING THE DNA DAMAGE. This increases the mutation rate and spread the damage to other genes.
