At the Constitutional Convention, what did the smaller states have to fear about the Virginia Plan? What did the delegate from New Jersey propose instead?
The smaller states thought they were not going to get an equal vote, thus we have house of reps and senators. we only have 2 senators per state and reps go by population, i hope this helps
