We solve x for 5500+ 150.50x> 4696+ 200.75x
or  150.50x- 200.75x > 4696-5500
and  - 50.25x >  - 304
or x < 304:50.25= 6.049
So we have the answer
+ If we have at least 7 tons of sugar we choose the first company and if not we choose the second.
