The conduct was tied to Islam because it involved her praying, not discriminating, providing financial aid to the poor, adhering to dress customs, and fasting.

The rule was made specifically for Muslims, and non-Muslims who live in Islamic countries are guided by it. These Muslims and non-Muslims are not allowed to forbid from stealing, lying, cheating, taking advantage of parents, killing, gambling, having sex outside of marriage, mistreating family, and abusing others.
